Power Platform comparisonsHonest comparisons, including when the other option wins.

Choosing between tools is easier when someone sets out the trade-offs plainly. Each guide gives a direct answer first, a side-by-side table, cost considerations and migration notes.

Tools and approaches

Pick the decision you are making.

These compare products and approaches, not suppliers. Where a non-Microsoft tool or a different approach is the better fit, the guide says so.

How we write these comparisons

Every guide is written by the specialist who would do the work, from hands-on delivery rather than vendor brochures. We hold one credential, the PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant certification, and we are not paid by any of the vendors compared. Microsoft and third-party prices change often, so we describe cost drivers and point you to current pricing rather than quoting figures that will date. The only prices given as ours are our own published from-prices.

If you would rather talk it through, a free 20-minute call gets you a straight answer for your situation. You can also start with the Power Platform licensing calculator, browse common use cases or see our fixed-price packages.
