What every engagement includes

The same terms on every package, large or small.

Whichever package you choose, these are part of how we work. They are written into every scope so you can hold us to them.

  • Written fixed price before work starts

Agreed in a scope document, so the number only moves if you change what is being built.

  • Published from-prices

The figures on this page are the starting points we quote from.

  • The same consultant scopes and builds

The person on the scoping call is the person who does the work and hands it over.

  • Weekly demos in your own tenant

You see real progress every week, built where it will run.

  • No margin on Microsoft licences

You buy licences from Microsoft or your reseller. Our advice is not tied to what you buy.

  • No lock-in

You own the managed solution and documentation. The Care Plan is optional, on 30 days' notice.

  • 30-day warranty

Defects in what we built are fixed free of charge for 30 days after go-live.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Why do you publish prices?

Because you should be able to judge whether a conversation is worth having before you have it. From-prices filter out poor fits on both sides and save everyone a sales call.

How much does a Power App cost to build in the UK?

A focused app that replaces one spreadsheet or paper process typically starts from £6,500 with us, and a two-week proof of value from £4,950. Larger apps with several roles, integrations or data migration cost more. You get a written fixed price after a free scoping call, before any work starts.

Is a fixed price better than paying a day rate?

UK contract day rates for Power Apps developers commonly sit around £400 to £550 according to job-board data such as IT Jobs Watch (October 2026, indicative). A day rate leaves the risk of overruns with you. A fixed price for an agreed scope means the number only changes if you change what is being built.

What makes a project cost more than the from-price?

The number of screens and user roles, integrations with systems outside Microsoft 365, data migration, complex security, and how many processes are in scope. All of it is agreed in a written scope before work starts, so the fixed price does not move unless you change the scope.

Do prices include Microsoft licences?

No. Licences are bought from Microsoft or your existing reseller, and we do not take a margin on them. We tell you the licensing implications of any build up front, and the Licensing Review covers it in detail.

Do you work on day rates?

Fixed prices are the default because they put the delivery risk on us, not you. For ongoing or loosely defined work, the Care Plan gives a monthly block of hours with rollover.

How do payments work?

Entry packages are invoiced on completion. Builds are typically invoiced 40% at kick-off, 40% at the working first version and 20% at go-live. All prices exclude VAT.

Not sure which package fits?

Describe the problem on a free 20-minute call and you will get a recommendation and a rough budget, even if the answer is that you do not need us.
