The Challenge
The consultancy was running project delivery across 4 disconnected tools: legacy project management software, Excel, SharePoint, and a £95,000/year SaaS PSA tool. Our Solution
We built a bespoke project management system as a Power Apps Code App using React and TypeScript, hosted natively within Power Platform. The app provides full project lifecycle management (from proposal to closure) with Gantt chart views, real-time resource allocation, timesheet capture, and client-facing dashboards. Dataverse provides the data layer, Power Automate handles milestone alerts and approvals, and Power BI reports are embedded directly in client portal views.
