Copilot Studio Licensing Costs (Microsoft)
Microsoft Copilot Studio is licensed separately from our development fees, either per session or via monthly message capacity packs. These costs are paid directly to Microsoft and are not included in our project price.
We advise on the right licensing model during discovery, the optimal approach depends on your expected usage volume, number of agents, and whether you are using Copilot Studio standalone or as part of a Microsoft 365 subscription.

Message Capacity Packs

Copilot Studio is licensed by the number of messages your agents exchange with users each month. A message capacity pack provides 25,000 messages per month, additional packs can be added as usage grows.
One message = one turn in a conversation (user input or agent response). A typical support conversation might use 5–15 messages.
